Do you like dark, moody landscapes? Are you past the beginner stage of acrylic paints and want a bit of a challenge? This class is for you. Dani will be teaching such techniques as blending: how to achieve a flawless, brush stroke-free blend between colors, perspective, light and shadow, and more. All supplies included.

Project description:
The project for this class will be a dark forest landscape with distant light through the trees. Attempting to balance layer upon layer, this class will guide you through many techniques such as:
Blending
Learn the art of blending colors together smoothly and flawlessly.
Types of brushes to use for blending specifically.
Quantity of paint and levels of drying
Learn how much paint to use for different techniques.
How to blend the paints while they are still wet, and to still work with the paints at different levels of drying.
Shadows & Light
Learn how to layer darker and lighter colors to create depth.
Perspective
Painting objects from further away to closer – learn how to size them appropriately.
Coloring objects differently according to how close they are to you or how far.
Brush pressure and angles
Learn how to hold your brush to get wider or finer lines.
Learn how much pressure to use on brush to properly push and pull the paint.
