Concerts in Care (CiC) is a program that brings professional musicians to personal care homes to perform 45-minute concerts for the residents. Manitoba Arts Network has been running CiC in partnership with Health Arts Society since 2015, and in that time we have brought 34 musicians to play 277 concerts for almost 8,000 care home residents and 2,500 family members and staff!
Concerts in Care is now in Winnipeg.
We have hired Daniel Thau-Eleff, a local theatre artist and arts administrator to co-ordinate the series.
